For almost twenty years, we have traveled through forests and jungles in search of the best coffees for the best restaurants and hotels in Mexico.

Like something out of an adventure novel, our journey led us to discover remote places—almost hidden, not always associated with coffee cultivation—where we have been fortunate to meet and collaborate with some of the country’s best coffee growers.

For a long time, we roasted these arabicas only to share them with friends and family; but we always said that one day we would create a club (even if it was virtual one) to share our collection with the world.
